1.1. The participation of customers in all Promotions offered on the Website and the use of all rewards, including but not limited to any “welcome” offers or Bonuses are subject to these Bonus Terms and Conditions, any campaign-specific terms and conditions applicable to different Promotions offered on the Website (“Promotion Rules”), our User Agreement, as well as any Policies and Terms incorporated therein by reference.

1.2. Please, carefully read and familiarize yourself with all applicable terms and ensure your understanding of all aspects thereof. By participating in any Promotion offered on the Website, you affirm your acceptance of these Bonus Terms and Conditions and the relevant Promotion Rules that may be applicable and confirm that you have fully understood the meaning of the rights and obligations hereunder. In the event of a conflict between these Bonus Terms and Conditions and any applicable Promotion Rules, these Bonus Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.

1.3.Unless stipulated otherwise, all capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in our User Agreement.

1.3.1. “Bonus Balance” shall mean the balance available on a Player’s Account that reflects the Bonus Money accumulated by such Player.

1.3.2. “Bonus Money” shall mean any funds available on a Player’s Account that are either (i) the direct result of the Player being rewarded a Deposit Bonus, or (ii) the result of a Player wagering any Bonus received on the Website and accumulating Winnings as a result of such wagering.

1.3.3. “Bonus Spins” or “Bonus Rounds” shall mean any Bonus granting a Player the right to participate in a spin or several spins on selected Games on the Website.

1.3.4. “Cashback Bonus” shall mean any Bonus allowing a Player to recover a portion of their losses on the Website.

1.3.5. “Cash Balance” shall mean the balance available on a Player’s Account that reflects any Deposits made by the Player and any Winnings. The Cash Balance shall not be subject to these Bonus Terms and Conditions and applicable Promotion Rules and may be withdrawn by the Player at any time, subject to any applicable Policies and Terms.

1.3.6. “Deposit Bonus” shall mean any Bonus that, upon being claimed by a Player, is reflected in their Bonus Balance as funds and may be wagered on all Games (related to casino or sport events) available on the Website as Bonus Money.

1.3.7. “Wagering Requirements” shall mean any or all requirements applicable by virtue of these Bonus Terms & Conditions or any Promotion Rules, that make the Withdrawal of any Bonus Money received or won by a Player conditional upon the wagering of the amount of such Bonus Money, multiplied by a given number.

1.3.8. “Excluded Games” shall mean Games to which any of the bonuses offered shall not apply.

1.4. All fees and charges displayed in these Bonus Terms and Conditions are in pound sterling (“GBP”).
